This Coil can be used in all series Old Version SBFEC type pulse valve, like DMF-Z series right angle threaded diaphragm valve, DMF-Y series Embedded diaphragm valve, DMF-ZM series right angle diaphragm valve with dresser nut and DMF-T series Straight diaphragm valve. The movable iron core in the solenoid valve coil attracts the movement of the coil when the valve is energized, driving the valve core to move, thereby changing the conduction state of the valve. The input changes with the position of the iron core. When the inductance is small, the current flowing through the coil will increase.

Common problems of electromagnetic pulse valve coil
The coil of the electromagnetic pulse valve is burnt out. The wiring of the electromagnetic pulse valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If it is open, the coil of the electromagnetic pulse valve is burnt out. However, it is burnt, so it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In the end, the spring is too stiff, the reaction force is too large, the coil turns are too few, and the suction force is not enough, and the coil can be burned.

When the coil of the solenoid valve is in working state (energized), the iron core is attracted to form a closed magnetic circuit. That is, when the inductance is at the maximum state. The heating is normal, but the iron core cannot be pulled in smoothly when energized, the coil inductance is reduced, the impedance is reduced, and the current is increased accordingly. This causes the coil current to be too large and the lifespan is affected. It can't even be fully attracted normally, so that the coil is often in a state of less impedance than normal when it is energized, which may be the factor of the coil.
